What to Expect with VI Peel
During Treatment:
Your provider will thoroughly cleanse the skin before applying the VI Peel solution in layers. You may experience a mild tingling or warming sensation during application, which typically subsides within a few minutes. The entire process takes about 30 minutes.
After Treatment:
The peel remains on the skin for several hours before being washed off at home as directed. Peeling generally begins within 2–3 days and can last up to a week. During this time, patients are advised to avoid picking or pulling at the skin and to follow all post-care instructions provided.
Results:
After the peeling phase, skin appears smoother, more even, and visibly refreshed. A series of treatments may be recommended for optimal, long-term results.
